1). CAPTAIN AUGUSTINE WARNER came to America about 1628. He was Justice of York County and settled in Gloucester County at Warner Hall. This estate retains the name, though the present house is not the original one, it having been destroyed by fire in 1845the superb elms alone remain. Burgess for York 1652 and for Gloucester 1655, and Sattas a Counceller to use a Colonial expression 1659 to 1667.
