Emery gives date of death as 15 September 1851however, Blanche Jernigan says 6 children were born after 1851. Could this be 1861? !Date of death, September 1860 according to Spring Creek and Prospect Cumberland Presbyterian Church, in Upper Cumberland Researcher, vol XXI, no. 1, Spring 1996, transcribed by William Earl Jaquess from Blanch Jernigan .
