Monmouth, NJ 07703 1. Dwayne McLeskey, DAC, worked at Walter Reed Army Medical CenterasAdministrator for the Pediatric Outpatient Clinic. During a timeofpersonnel shortages there was no Administrative Assistant fortheDepartment of Pediatrics. Dwayne McLeskey took as an additionaldutythe administration for the running and managing of the DepartmentofPediatrics. 2. His integrity, loyalty, and total dedication to duty surpassthatof any other administrative assistant that I have had theprivilege ofworking with. He is an incredibly competent problemsolver. When usualsolutions to problems did not seem to work, his innovativeness, devotion to duty, anddedicationevaluating each aspect of the problem inevitably resulted inthealleviation of the problem. This list of problems previouslythoughtunsolvable that Dwayne McLeskey undertook are too numerous tomentionin this letter. However, to list just a few he totallyreorganized thepatient accounting system making the systemunderstandable to bothdoctors and clinical personnel.Administratively, he unified thedepartment so it was not four separateareas, but on working for thebenefit of all. He organized thedepartmental budget so that there wasan even distribution of money fortravel for all physicians ratherthan having just a few utilize theentire amount. He made it fareasier for patients needing supplementalcare to receive it. 3. The list could go on but to summarize Dwayne McLeskey isanintellectually gifted hard driving problem solver. ErrolR.
