1). susan.FTW !UPDATE 22 AUG 1993 Felty s will was signed on 11 Mar 1806 and probated on 20 Sep 1806 so his DOD must have been between those dates. I picked August as I expect it would have taken about a month after his death to get the will probated. I would expect that his DOB is near 1740. This is based on the DOB of his first known son and assuming Felta s age to be about 20 at that time. A photocopy of Felty s will is on file. The original is in the Lewisburg, W. V. courthouse.
