It is dated August 13, 169 6 Fr o m Ju di cial Records 1696 1698 . This date is 8 yea rs aft e r th e dea th of Thomas which occurred in 1688. Hi s wido w h as re marrie d to a man named Richard Rugg prob ably fa the r of Fu rbury R ugg, but that s another story .
