B y deed bearing date 1s t Ju ly, 17Edward II , Ma rgery, wido w of Thomas Colepeper , agree d to grant thePe p inbury estat e to the King for t he term o f her life on t h e payment of1 2 marks per annu m from the E xchequer. The 40 acres in Fernt h Frant , co.
