1). Ahart Leip of the county of Fulton and State of Kentucky do hereby make my last will and testament in manner and form following is to say. That I desire that after my decease out of the money I may have on hand and of the money that may be owing to all my just debts and funeral expenses to give to my wife Mary Leip all money that I may have on hand that be owing to me at my decease ex ?? What I may hereafter bequeath to my children. I also give to my wife all of my perishable property of whatsoever kind or description I may have or posses at my decease to have and to hold and dispose of all the above be ??? In any way and manner whatsoever she may think best. I give to my sons Nichols Leip, Fredrick Leip, George Leip, John Leip and my daughter Barby Taylor each five dollars and lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my friend ? D. Hale Executor to this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other former wills or testaments by me heretofore made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand affixed my seal this 17th day of August in the year 1866. Ahart Leip Signed, sealed and acknowledge Presence of us. ???Brown ???Crostic State of Kentucky Fulton County Court Set. September term Sept 5th, 1870 The foregoing instrument of writing purported to be the last will testament of Ahart Leip deceased was this day probated in open court and ordered to be recorded and the same is accordingly recorded in my office. Witness my hand this Sept.?? 1870
