Giles Co., TN Deed Book L,  pg. 516 517,  Feb 12, 1836,  Feb 15, 1836 Indenture   Rolland Taylor sells his interest in 77 1 2 acre tract of land for $70 to Mary Taylor, situated on the waters of Richland Creek, now in the possession of Mary Taylor, the said Rolland Taylor  s mother, bounded on the east by Henry T. Butler, John Rhea and Anthony Taylor  s land, south by Thomas Graves, West by Drury Smith  s heirs. Wit   Henry T. Butler and James Taylor  Giles Co., TN Deed Book R,  pg. 370 171,  Feb 4, 1845,  Jun 3, 1845 Indenture   Mary Taylor sells part of a tract of land that she presently lives on to Thomas Moore.  Land is bounded by the lands of Thomas Graves and Drury Smith.   Mary has previously sold a portion of this tract to Asa Chapman and whose deed explains more fully.  Wit   James Graves
