1). bobspu.ged BK 444 JOSEPH WILLIAM GOULD was born April 4, 1928, in Colby, Kansas, the son of George and Mary Robinett Gould. He has always liked the out of doors for work and play. With his friends and or brothers, he liked to ride bikes and swim where ever andwhen ever possible. He was in track and cross country in school. As a small boy in Nappanee, Indiana, he had a paper route and magazine route. He worked on the muck farms and the B&O Railroad. He was in the army at the end of World War II. On Sept. 24, 1949, he married Deloris Slough, and in 1950, Dec. 11, their son Dennis was born. Joe worked on construction for several years before going to work for the New York Central Railroad in 1959. He hopes to retire in about four years approx 1991 . Joe and Dee have several hobbies such as Spending time with their three grandchildren and another one due the end of June 1987 , Gardening, Camping, Canoeing, and Fishing. I would like to add, here, that over the years Joe and Dee have done ONE WHOLE LOTof all of these things. M.E.G. Some of Joe s other interests are Sports on T.V., preferably football and Reading.
