1). Lancaster Roger A. Koeller, age 66, of Lancaster, died Thursday, Feb. 28, 2002 at Grant Regional Health Center, Lancaster. He was born July 25, 1935 in Waterloo Township, the son of Arthur and Caroline Broihahn Koeller. On Sept 2, 1955, he married Eileen Cummins at St. Clement Catholic Church in Lancaster. He had worked for the Dubuque packing Company, Wehrenberg Implement and Tuckwood Construction. He farmed and owned and operated Roger s Bar. Roger also did custom combining. He was a former member of the Lancaster Rescue Squad and the Fire Department. He enjoyed traveling and was dearly loved by his children and grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Eileen Koeller of Lancaster five children, Rick Koeller, Debra Bruce Belscamper, Randy Zippy Ellen Koeller, Donna John Fishnick and Rodney Susan Koeller, all of Lancaster 15 grandchildren three sisters, Leatrice Harold Olmstead of Lannon, Doris Max Dempsey of Fennimore, and Marjorie Nicholas Klein of Mt. Hope a brother, Ronald Barbara Koeller of Germantown a sister in law, Carolyn Koeller of Kieler and a brother in law, Robert Edie Nesland of Hurst, Texas and his mother in law, Edna Cummins of Lancaster. Preceding him in death were his parents three sisters, Charleen Ritter, Eileen Koeller and Joan Nesland two brothers, Larry and Delmar Koeller and his father in law, Archie Cummins. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, March 5 at 10 30 AM at St. Clement Catholic Church in Lancaster with Monsignor Tom Baxter officiating. Burial was in the St. Clement Cemetery. The Schwartz Funeral Home in Lancaster assisted the family.
