Sibert s, thence with Siberts lines rever sed S. 64 1 2° W. 27 poles to a fallen pine & two chesnut Oaks on the West side of a hill th ence No. 82° W. 64 Poles to the Beginning with its appurtenances. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said Tract or Parcel of land, with its appurtenances, to the said Joh n Orndorff and his heirs forever. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said John Rutherford Esq Lieut.
