1). mytree.FTW on Oct 25, 1818, Peter purchased 40 acres of land from his wife s uncle, daniel Banta. He later sold this land to his cousin, dennis Cassatt. In 1829, he purchased 40 acres in Monroe Township, Preble County, OH from Francis Cossairt. To this land deed he signs himself Peter Cossairt, Sr. The census records for 1850 Preble county, OH show that Mary Banta Cossairt was living in the home of her son, Albert Coossairt.
