NOTES
1). mytree.FTW Later in his life, he changed his last name to Cassat and all of his descendants are now using this surname. Census records show him living in Preble County, Ohio in 1850 and in davis County, Iowa in 1860, 1870 & 1880. Henry enlisted 17 Aug 1861 in Company E, 3rd Iowa Cavalry and was discharged for physical disability 25 Dec 1862.
