2). hurr01.GED jean.FTW Gail met Robert while teaching English in Portugal.Gail & Robert were betrothed at a ceremony at Shoreham Baptist church on 4 12 88.and on 10 12 88 were married in Winston Salem U S A. When Gail and Roberts first child Sophia was born ,they sent this poem as a thankyou for their help. Thankyou for coming to this faraway land to meet our Sophia and to lend us a hand. The hand that you lent us was skillful and big , Its hard to enumerate the things that you did. Cleaning and dusting &washing galore , vacuuming and ironing wait there is more , Fixing the crib ,the curtains the shelf , we really appreciate all of your help .The meals that you made were truly delicious , you scrubbed all the pots and washed all the dishes. And whats more important to Robert and me , You loved our Sophia who s as sweet as can be. You held her and rocked her and lulled her to sleep and came to our rescue when she let out a peep. We wanted to thankyou ,for all that that you vedone, You made such a difference besides it was fun!!! You were helpful not interfering as i m sure you can see We d call you right back for another baby. and they did when Kester was born
