The following notation by Heinz-Jurgen Stocker could not be translated, so I include it here for future translation:

"Uber Ortenburg, das 1573 die Reichsunmittelbarkeit erlangte, so das die Wittelsbacher dort keine Moglichkeit hatten, die Gegenreformation durchzufuhren.  Dok. Nr. #260.1"

I belive it refers to the general emigration of Austrains to Germany during the reformation period in general, and not to Franciscus Stocker individually. RAD[Downing.ged]
