(7e) The Plough Company formed a churc h unde r BA CHILE R i n Holland, intending to settle in Ne w Town ( Cambr idge) . A s hip was chartered and freighted , but "upo n th e disast er whi ch happened to the goods o f the compan y, b y the fals e deali ng of those entruste d by us with th e Plo ugh's shi p and ou r goods therein, " all was lost an d the e migratio n delayed . The pastor' s family returned t o Englan d.

A s hip was chartered and freighted , but "upo n th e disast er whi ch happened to the goods o f the compan y, b y the fals e deali ng of those entruste d by us with th e Plo ugh's shi p and ou r goods therein, " all was lost an d the e migratio n delayed . (7e) The Plough Company formed a churc h unde r BA CHILE R i n Holland, intending to settle in Ne w Town ( Cambr idge) . A s hip was chartered and freighted , but "upo n th e disast er whi ch happened to the goods o f the compan y, b y the fals e deali ng of those entruste d by us with th e Plo ugh's shi p and ou r goods therein, " all was lost an d the e migratio n delayed . The pastor' s family returned t o Englan d.

T his church is a dep endency of St. Mary' s C hurch, Southa m pton, and the latte r church presents t h e living of the So u th Stoneham Churc h to such incumben t a s they choose.
