Both John and Catherine buried in Lawshe Cemetery.(Lawshe Cem. Lawshe, formerly Newport, Ohio Adams County Ohio). Also buried there are James, wife Mary Purtee, and James's son John R and his wife Cynthia Ann Smalley. Also, John and Catherine's daughter Elizebeth and her husband Sholington King.
John's gravestone has been broken off and lost.
Catherine is on the 1850 Census living with Dorcus. John is on the 1850 Census living with James-84 years old.
