According to the Will of Moses Robinett, 1361, Ezekiel left two minor children behind at Murley's Branch, Allegany Co, MD, when he migrated west in the 1790's. Moses provided for those children.

Individual note: Hezekiah migrated to Athens Co, OH as a yound boy with his father. When he was 17, he went back to Hagerstown, MD where he obtained a conch shell that was made into a dinner horn to call men from the fields. The horn was passed down through the eldest sons of the family: from Hezekiah to George to Andrew to Frank.
Hezekiah was a Township Trustee in Waterloo Twp, Athens Co, Oh from 1828-1830. His farm was near Marshfield, OH. He is shown with his family in the 1830, 1840 and 1850 Census for Waterloo Twp, Athens Co, OH.

Individual note: Moses is found in the 1820 Athens Twp, Athens Co, OH Census. In 1830 he is in Waterloo Twp and in 1840 in Dover Twp, with a growing family. His wife died between 1830 and 1840 according to the Census reports. Children are based on Census Reports and descendants.

Lemuel is listed in the 1820 Census for Alexander Twp, Athens Co, OHio as a married man. In 1830 he is in Waterloo Twp, Athens Co, OHio and in 1840 he has moved to Madison Co, INdiana and has seven children in his household.
Lemuel (also listed as Elemuel or Clemuel) enlisted for 5 years on May 4, 1812. He was enlisted by Capt. Graham at Washington KY. He joined Capt. Thomas Ramsey's Company at Newport KY and remained in that company for some time. In 1814, at the battle of Lundy's Lane, in Canada, he was wounded on 25th of July and went into the hospital at Williamsville and remained there until the 18th of Feb. 1815. He was given an honorable discharge at Fort Crawford, Praire Duchan, on 3 May 1817. On the 20th of August 1838, Elemuel, a resident of Madison Co, IN, Township of Lafayette, aged 47, appeared in court to make disposition of War Services. He was stationed at Ft. Mackinaw, helped build the fort at Green Bay, Fort Crawford at Prairie du Chien. He received an Invalid Pension of $4 per month, which was increased to $8 per month from 25 October 1843. According to his enlistment papers, he was born in the county of Brooke, Virginia, is 26 years of age at time of enlistment, 6 ft 1 in tall, fair complexion, grey eyes and dark hair. While in Athens Co, OHio, he was Township Treasurer of Waterloo Twp in 1828.

Individual note: When Waterloo Twp. Athens Co., Ohio was formed, Nathan was listed as a voter, and was appointed one of the supervisors for the Township. In 1828, he was appointed an Agent to solicit subscriptions for the Constitution of the Athens County Agricultural Society. He was also
On page 1264 of the History of Hocking Valley: Nathan Robinett was married to Drusilla, a daughter of Jeremiah Robinett. After his marriage he made his home in Lee Township, remaining there many years, after which he located in Elk Twp, where he died at the home of his son, Ezekiel, January 24, 1865. His wife (Drusilla) died Dec. 25, 1866. To them were born twelve children - Ezekiel, Mary Ann, Mercy, Jeremiah, Lydia, Susannah, Nathaniel, and Levi, and four who died in childhood.

Ezekiel Jr. served during the War of 1812 in Capt. Jehiel Gregory's Ohio Militia (Certificate #3994). He enlisted 28 Jul 1813 at Athens Co, OH and was discharged at Urbana, OH on 3 Aug 1913 (typo???) He lived in both Athens and Vinton Counties in OHio. He is shown with 11 children in the Census reports but we only have the names of 7 of his children.
