Rev. H. E. Bailey led the services at Elva's funeral at Jefferson Baptist Temple in the Parke rsburg, WV area

Birth record for Elva Wilson says she was born on Sept. 10, 1910 in  but then it also says th at she was a male.  E. Wilson male born to W.L. Wilson and Nettie Wilson.

Webster County was formed in 1860.  West Virginia became a state in June, 1863.
