Randy Guy Salzman was born October 4, 1958 at 5 P.M. at St. Ignatius Hospital in Colfax Washington.  Attending physician was G. Dean Barth M.D.  Randy's lungs were not fully developed and he was given resuscitation several times.  He died at 2 a.m. October 5, 1958.  His body was released to the L.L.Bruning Funeral Home in Colfax then transported to Chewelah for burial at the Chewelah Memorial Park on October 8, 1958.

Birth Certificate is recorded with the Washington State Department of Health. Registrar's No. 183, state file no 53349.  Death Certificate is also recorded there. Registrar's No. 98, state file no. 20935.[myclean.FTW]
