He is said to have had eight children, but only one s o n i s known. In 1810 he was living in Lexington, Greene County, New York. He s a w s ervice in the Revolution and on May 1, 1855, his second wife, Sarah, ap p l ied for bounty land based on his service. At the time she was 83 year s o l d, living in Windham, Greene County, New York.

The BEACH FAMILY MAGAZINE, Vol. II, No. 1, p. 112, doe s n o t list this man as a son of Adna Beach(5) Thomas(4), but identifies him as s u c h in his own account at Vol. III, No. 1, p. 222. It is said he moved from Gre e n e County, New York, to Homer, New York, and that he had six sons and three da u g hters, although only William, Charles, George and Jason are given. The n a m es of the other children are taken from this man's entry on the 1850 Cen s u s for Homer, Cortland County, New York. Some say he married Julia Ri c e , b. 24-Aug-1790.
