Polly MAY have married Jefferson Hesseltine before 1870. He is the brother of her sinster-in-law Nancy Hesseltine Vosburgh. The will of Jefferson and the oldest son of Polly & Jefferson was under guardianship of Brackett Prescott (Matilda Vosburgh's husband). Henry Vosburgh & Magdelana Vosburgh (Edward Vosburgh's widow) were also listed in Jefferson's will that they gave money to the estate. All od Polly & Jefferson's children were taken under guardianship by others. Polly may have died or she could was unable, for financial or other reasons, to keep her children. Jefferson left her a heavy debt.
