The BEACH FAMILY MAGAZINE, Vol. II, No. 1, p. 122, give s o n ly his date of birth, but there is circumstantial evidence he marrie d a n d had issue. A LeGrand E. Beach, born 1810 in Ohio, died 18-Mar-1874 i n G r een Oak Township, Livingston County, Michigan, and his death certificate gi v e s his father as Elijah Beach. Since so many other grandchildren of Edmun d ( 4) likewise settled in Livingston County, including several in Gree n O a k Township, it is reasonable to believe LeGrand Beach was their cousin vi a t h is Elijah(5).
