His wife Mary proba t e d his estate at Wallingford, Connecticut, in 1781, claiming he had been a b s ent for 10 years. Research by Mahlon W. Beach, BEACH IN CANADA, pp. 117-1 2 1 , shows that Isaac(5) abandoned his family in Connecticut and move d t o C ornwallis, Kings County, Nova Scotia, where he married twice more and di e d s ometime after 1789.
