Nybert R. Beam  83 of Copen, Braxton County, died Thursday, Feb. 18. 1999 in Braxton County M emorial Hospital after a short illness. He was a retired foreman from Rupert Coal Co. and attended Copen United Methodist Church.  Su rviving: daughter, Dorcas Henline of Lockport, NY,; Sons, Arnold of Lockport, Jennings of Cop en; sisters Reva Stout of Williamsburg, VA, Sybil Conrad of Glenville; brothers, Bruce of Cop en, Willie of Weston, Harlen of Canton, Ohio; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild.  Serv ice will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Copen United Methodist Church with the Rev. Bud Cochran officiat ing.  Burial will be in Copen Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Stockert-Gibson Funeral Home, Flatwoods.
