1.  He moved from SC to Floyd co., GA in 1844 and settled at Cave Springs, GA
    where he engaged in merchandising and owned a fine farm and many slaves.
    The cemetery at the Cedar Creek Church is about three miles from his farm. 2.  He had six children:  Elizabeth, b. 20 Jun 1819, m John Richardson;
    Dr. Thomas Dean, b 25 Nov 1821, went to Lincoln co., TN;
    Simpson Boso, b 23 Jul 1822, was killed in the Mexican War;
    Mary Ann, b 8 Apr 1824, m. Robert Richardson;
    Lech Webster, b 11 Dec 1825, married twice;
    Virgil Henry, b 7 Jun 1830.
