OMER F. MOW Omer F. Mow, 85, of 905 E. Fox, died at 2:20 a.m. Sunday in the Ridgedale Nursing Home after an extended illness. Mr. Mow was a construction industry employee. Born on Nov. 18, 1889, in Mentone, he had lived here most of his life, coming to Rochester. On Sept. 23, 1921 in Benton Harbor, he married Dorothy Peterson who survives. Also surviving are a son, Robert D., Sr. of Mishawaka;two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Pearson of South Bend and Mrs. Bettie Bowerman of Niles; four grandchildren and a brother, Carlton G. of St. Marses Lake, Wash. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Guisinger Colonial Chapel. Rev. Theodore Snyder, pastor of Albright United Methodist Church, Mishawaka, will officiate. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Richland Center. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 Tuesday in the funeral home. He was a retired member of Carpenters Local 413. Mrs. FOLTZ has added 10-12-75.

BIO: DOROTHY PEARSON Dorothy Pearson, 67, of Regency Place Health Care Center died at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18, 1984, in the Center. She was born April 6, 1917 in South Bend and lived here all her life. On July 29, 1939 as Dorothy Mow, she married Paul Pearson, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Thomas of West Lafayette and Kenneth of Corona, Calif. three grand children; a sister Betty Bowerman of Georgetown, Ky.; a brother Robert Mow of Mishawaka. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the Forest G. Hay Funeral Home, 435 So. Ironwood Drive and burial will follow in the St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home. She was a member of Chapter 569 Order of Eastern Star. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
