NAME Mathilde Karoline Friederike Princess Of /BAVARIA/
General Notes for Child Otto I Friedrich Ludwig Wittelsbach King Of Greece
2d son of Ludwig I, King of Bavaria and Therese; Otto was educated in Munich. Otto became increasingly unpopular with the Greeks because of his German ministers, heavy taxes, his religion, the intervention of his German wife in governmental affairs, and his delay in granting a constitution. In 1862 Otto was deposed by a revolutionary government, and he returned to Bavaria.
