          Jocob Wolford Emberton was 5'11'' , dark brown hair, blue eyes, he was called 'SQUIRE'.   He was a Magistate in two counties.  Jacob moved from Suger Creek, near Flippin, to Allen County.  He had a 64 acre farm and made the best 'corn whiskey'  in the county.  He also operated a Grist Mill in Monroe Co.
