NOTE: Don was adopted by the BRYAN's about 1939. Natural Parents: Clifford and Lois Louise (DODSON) JONES.

NOTE: Gladys (PLATTNER) BRYAN served as informant for some data on Don, her adopted son. Although she qualified it with "I am not sure," Mrs. BRYAN is of the opinion that "Donnie" was born in Healdton, OK rather than in Ardmore.

NOTE: 1/27/95 - In a letter to compiler, rec'd this date, Mrs. Gladys BRYAN stated that she felt the dates given for Don's first marriage, children's birthdates, etc. at an earlier date were in error. In this letter, she gives Don and Agnes' marriage as 1946; Donna's birth as 1952; Denise's birth as 1955; and the birth of the twin boys as 1959. This compiler, trying to recall what Don had told her, feels that Mrs. BRYAN is correct except for the birth year of the twin boys. The twins were 8 years old in 1969; this would calculate to be closer to a 1961 birthdate, than a 1959 date.
