Immigrated from England to Maryland in 1659. The Last Will and Testament of Richard Tydings was found on the web page (USGenWeb) for Anne Arundel county, Maryland, on December 12, 1998. It starts: "In the name of God Amen, the second day of Feby, 1687, I, Richard Tidings of Ann Arundel County in the Providence of Maryland, planter, being sick and weak in body, but of sound and perfect mind and memory praise be given to God for th same and knowing the uncertainty of this life on Earth, being desirous to settl things in order, do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following".
