In the name of God, Amen
Know all men by these presents that I Joel Coffey after due consideration of the particular state of my health and being of sound mind consider it right and proper to state my last will and testament in regard to the disposal of my affects. I give and bequeath to my wife Elizabeth Coffey all my goods, chattels, monies and effects that I may be seized with at my death for aforesaid Elizabeth Coffey to have and hold during her natural life and dispose of at her death as she may think proper. I also appoint James Cantley Senior my Executor who shall connect all debts and pay all dues and make return to the aforesaid Elizabeth Coffey for the same. In witness whereof I set my hand and affix my seal in the presents of these witnesses, February 28th AD 1859.
