FRANK L. COLLINS

Frank L. COLLINS, 88 of Harrisville, WV, died Thursday, Jan. 23, 1992, in St. Joseph's Hospital, Parkersburg, WV.

He was born in Gnats Run, Ritchie County, WV, a son of the late Hiram and Molly JONES COLLINS . He was a retired employee of the West Virginia Department of Highways and had been employe d later by Economy Industries of Harrisville. He was a member of the First United Methodist C hurch, Pennsboro, WV.

Surviving are a son, Dallas COLLINS of Harrisville; two daughters, Donna FRANCIS of Westervil le, OH, and Ada Ruth MERCER of Fredericktown, OH; two brothers, Jay COLLINS of Follansbee, WV , and Ray COLLINS of Pennsboro; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Preceding him in death were his wife, Juanita V. DOTSON COLLINS, four brothers and two sister s.

Services were held at the McCullough-Rogers Funeral Home, Pennsboro, with the Rev. Harlan Hod ge officiating. Burial followed in the Mount Harmony Masonic Cemetery, Pennsboro.
