A section measures one 1 CONC mile by one mile which equals 640 acres. 1 CONT 1 CONT 1 CONT 11 Jan 1915  Book 3R,page 264.  Copiah County, Ms. Courthouse 1 CONT 1 CONT Robert H. Evans wants to sell to A.E. Johnston NW¼ of NE¼ 5 acres off N 1 CONC end of 5W¼ of NE¼ Section 21.  Evans wants a clear title to the land. 1 CONC Land was sold (supposedly) in 1891 to ?? - with no record on file of the 1 CONC sale.  (Sounds like the same land that was exempted from the land that 1 CONC R.A. Evans bought from the Henry's in 1902.  See Book 3C.438). 1 CONT 1 CONT 1 CONT Note:     Because R.A.
