Her God-father was Phillippe Le Febure and her God-mother was Lea Lanoix, the wife of Elie Charteur (or Etie Chantem). There are no further records of the oldest child of the immigrants and it is presumed she died young.

He followed Daniel Boone to Kentucky where he was killed. It is rumored that Peter met his death at the hands of Indians while out gathering blackberries for hi family in the fall of 1782 or 1783.

on Oct 25, 1818, Peter purchased 40 acres of land from his wife's uncle, daniel Banta. He later sold this land to his cousin, dennis Cassatt. In 1829, he purchased 40 acres in Monroe Township, Preble County, OH from Francis Cossairt. To this land deed he signs himself Peter Cossairt, Sr. The census records for 1850 Preble county, OH show that Mary (Banta) Cossairt was living in the home of her son, Albert Coossairt.

Henry was a well to do farmer and owned a large tract of land near Lebanon, OH. He came to this location as a young man and after he built a home, sent for his mother in Kentucky. She lived with him until her death.

Albert was one of the organizers of the Christian Church 1821 in Turtle Creek Township, Warren County, OH. On 25 Oct 1818, he purchased 77 acres of land dfron Daniel Banta, located near Lebanon, Warren, OH. Albert's children were numerous throughout the central and western states and most of them used the surname Cossairt, only one branch is known to have altered the spelling. The family of their grandson, Francis Marion Cossairt, adopted the spelling of Cosart.

The Granville County, NC court records of 1818 recorded that Reuben Cozart had abandoned his family and left the state for six years and that he had two sons, Peter Green Cozart who was 14 years old and Brodie Cozart who was 16 year old at that time.

Jacob served as a First Lietenant in the 5th Company, 4th Battalion, York Co. PA Militia in 1778. He also served as Ensign in the 1st Company, 1st Regiment, York Co., PA Militia in 1795. He was the executor of his sister Christina Clopper's will, dated 24 Nov., 1801. After 1800, Jacob began using the surname of "Cassat." This name appears on his gravestone.
