"Robert Orr (son of John and Rachel Orr), born October 10, 1749,married January 17, 1772 to Miss Ann Hogshead, born February 12, 1749,dau of Walter Hogshead. (Walter Hogshead served in Capt.Alexander'sCompany in the Militia 1766. His Will was dated 16September 1766.Walter Hogshead's father was John Hogshead who camefrom Scotlandabout 1685-90.
