!Inherited 240 acres from her father's estate in 1823 (Christian County, KY WB C:556). She deeded this to James Garnett, 21 November 1829 reserving 2 acres for a "House of Worship." In 1844, she and her husband, John Estes, deeded the 2 acres to trustees of Cumberland Presbyterian Church at Salub- rious Springs for $10. At that time they were living in Saline County, MO (Christian County DB 28:272-274).
