Burried in Frenchsip Cemetary at the Top Horse Branch Hil l North of  Gardendale Ala. Served in The Confederate Arm y with the Alabama Volunteers, with Captain Armstrongs Comp any as a private. He was a shop workman for the railroad an d applied for Pension or relief in 1896/1897/1898.
