General Notes (Husband)



 James had fallen and broke his hip on January 28, 1999 and whileinthe hospital after the surgery developed pneumonia fromaspiratingfeeding tube liquid. He couldn't swallow any more and alltheParkinson's disease complications were at the last stage.
