     Heirs of the estate were:  Sally Glenn, widow took child'sshareby her request; heirs of Jane Smith dec'd.  J. F. Smith(Jeremiah) andP. W. Smith (Ann){ note: in one place she is listed asB. W. andanother as T. W. and the third as P. W.};  heirs of R.A.(Rachel)Johnson dec'd. W. A. Johnson, S. J. Brockman, A. L.Johnson;M. W. Smith (Martha); W. T. Glenn (Walker);  Eliza L.     This was quite a large estate and payments were made andthreedifferent times.  Final settlement was made on January 15, 1897.
