MAGGIE RICHARDS Maggie M. Richards, 81, of Norman Ridge, near Big Bend, died Saturday, Oct. 14, 2000, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Calhoun County, the daughter of the late George W. and Maude Greathouse Norm an. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
Surviving are four daughters, Dessell Starcher of Barberton, Ohio, Sadie Cunningham and Patr icia Knight, both of Parkersburg, and Anna May Music of Pt. Pleasant; five sons, Charles Ric hards of Mt. Zion, Larry Richards, Denver Richards and Ronzel Richards, all of Big Bend, an d Perry Richards of McFarlan; three sisters, Pearl Richards of Grantsville, Dorthy Grant o f Tennessee and Bernadine Braham of Parkersburg; 29 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; an d seven great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Desmoin Richards, in 1992; one brother; and three s isters.
Services were held at Norman Ridge Church with Rev. Carroll McCauley officiating. Burial was in Norman Ridge Cemetery.
