General Notes for Child John Isaac Anderson
!John Isaac A. is the subject of controversy. Some say he is the son of Mary Craig, and also some say that he was born in Washington Co.,VA, or that his birthday is 1777 instead of 1779. In the records of Augusta Co. there are two marriage dates for William Anderson, one being 5 Sep 1774. Records of the two Johns have approx. the same birth dates, the same father, but different death places and dates. People argue which is the right mother, but I say there are two William Andersons who both had a son John. And it seems like the mother Nancy ROBINS had the son John Isaac.
