General Notes (Wife)
Florence was a music teacher in the Maine school systems. She traveled the state, and gave piano lessons. I always remember spending every summer at her home for 3 weeks or so. She had her usual routine - grilled cheese sandwich at lunchtime watching "Dialing for Dollars" on TV. She would hide our shoes if we left them out. She was a feisty lady, but well known to everyone in Bucksport. She was a member of the Elm Street Congregational Church, and always manned a table at their yearly bazaar. She donated a lot of items to the Historical Society, and was involved in that.
